Highlights of August 2023

Growth KPIs

  • We’ve been diligently focused on App Store Optimization since day one, and now we are getting the rewards with remarkable ASO results.
  • We hit our second very critical milestone in number of users and reached 10.000 users (we call them Linqians) globally.
  • LinqiApp was listed in “New app in August” by Play Store editors. So, it skyrocketed our user growth this month. 
  • We increased our user base by 1200% in August and we are rapidly growing in APAC, LATAM regions.
  • LinqiApp’s current organic growth engine is Google Play Store. Potential users find us as a suggested app in Education category.
  • Our App Store visits has risen this month by 17,000%. LinqiApp was downloaded 10,000+  times since initial release (27 April).
  • On Apple App Store we are #16 app in Education category in Azerbaijan.
  • On Google Play Store we are #85 app in Education category in Hong Kong.
  • On Google Play Store we are #132 app in Education category in Romania.
  • Subscriptions have been started by Linqians from Spain, Romania, Turkey, and the USA, Phillipines, India, Malaysia and Qatar so far.
  • RAU is our North Star Metric. We define RAU as real-time active user in the last 30 minutes. Our RAU hit 45 users in August. And our current DAU is 650+, WAU is 2000+ in August.
  • We have increased our retention and average session time significantly. Weekly Chat Time is 7817+ mins and Avg. Session Time is 9+ mins in August.

Marketing Efforts

  • LinqiApp’s social media presence has remarkably increased by 71% as our Reach KPI compared to July.
  • As our Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, we engaged with 50 platforms for product listing and launching. 
  • LinqiApp has been featured on The PopularApps’ list of Top-Rated Apps and has been awarded a certificate recognizing it as one of the most popular apps.
  • LinqiApp proudly holds the title of “The Most Liked App” on BetaList.
  • We are growing our Brand Ambassador Community this month, too. Read more about BAP.
  • We connected with 1000+ English teachers and content creators from 65 countries to participate in our BA Program. This initiative has welcomed 100 enthusiastic Brand Ambassadors so far.
  • Of course, we celebrated acquiring our 10,000 users in 30 days as “10,000 Linqian Reach“, announced our “Growth Milestone” and becoming a finalist at “Pre-Take Off Start-up Summit“.

Product Development

  • In August, our Product Team prioritized enhancing user experience by optimizing our core feature set.
  • LinqiApp’s Product-Led Growth strategy has directly improved the user experience and boosted key product performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Since we introduced “Wave” feature last month, it helped us to increase activation and retention rate in August. Try it out here!
  • The impact of this “Wave” feature on our metrics has been phenomenal, and we’re thrilled to announce that users had 7000+ mins chats on LinqiApp every week throughout August. It was only 800+ mins/weekly on average in July.

Network & Events

  • LinqiApp’s acceptance into the BTM Incubation Center represents a significant milestone in its growth journey and gets a validation from Istanbul Chamber of Commerce.
  • We pitched about LinqiApp to Angel Investors and VC’s as we are fundraising Seed round.
  • We were selected as Finalist of Pre-Take Off Start-up competition in Teknofest Ankara.
  • LinqiApp Team has attended to Game Changers Talks organized by İTÜ Çekirdek and had a privilege to listen to the talks by CEO of Insider, Hande Çilingir and COO of Vivoo, Gözde Büyükacaroğlu. Our Mind Behind Execution, Aziz Ahmedov has shared his learnings on these talks on LinkedIn.
  • Our Mind Behind Execution and Product Owner has joined to “Pricing Strategies and Localization” webinar organized by Apple.
  • Committed to achieving excellence, the founding team has actively pursued mentorship, participating in 19 mentorship sessions to foster a culture of continuous improvement at LinqiApp. We are always receptive to additional guidance and inspiration from experienced mentors and masters, driving our mission to create the best product in EdTech.
